We represent underwriters and issuers in the offering of securities in the Mexican and international securities markets, including initial public offerings, secondary equity offerings, and debt offerings.

We advise purchasers and sellers in the structuring of transactions for the acquisition of Mexican and foreign corporations, as well as for the acquisition of assets of any nature located in Mexico.

We have plenty of experience advising entrepreneurs interested in presenting business plans before Instituto Nacional del Emprendedor (INADEM) (Entrepreneur National Institute) in order to obtain funds for its corresponding start up, implementation and/or development. Many of the projects we have reviewed and advised have been benefited by Fondo Nacional Emprendedor (FNE) (Entrepreneur National Fund). Our specialized advice starts from and consists of:

• the registry of the individual or Company, as the case may be, before the necessary platform (Sistema Emprendedor);
• certification of authority before such platform;
• facilitation of key contacts inside INADEM;
• review, comments and/or suggestions to the corresponding project, and
• support in the filing of the project, as well as assistance in case of any doubt, difficulty or trouble arising during the elaboration of the project.
