Stephanie Haidar Olascoaga
Founding Partner
Born in Mexico City. Graduated with honors from Universidad Anáhuac, México Norte and received special honors on thesis “Entities Authorized to Receive Income Tax Deductible Donations”. Attended New York University School of Law, New York, NY, where she obtained her LL.M degree (Masters in Law) in Corporations.
She worked as an International Associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, llp, New York, NY for 1 (one) year. Also, worked as an Associate at Ritch Mueller, S.C. and Santamarina y Steta, S.C., in Mexico City.
Nicole Haidar Olascoaga
External Counsel
Born in Mexico City. Graduated from Universidad Anáhuac, México Norte and obtained her LL.M. degree (Masters in Law) in American Law from Boston University, School of Law. She also attended Escuela Libre de Derecho where she obtained a special degree in Commercial Law. Participated in the Program “Directors’ Progress”, which is imparted by the Excellency Center in Corporate Governance of the Mexican Stock Exchange.
She currently holds the role of Head of Legal of a financial and real estate consulting company which is part of a relevant financing group in Mexico City.
